Previously on: UQ Holder 20: Kuroumaru and Touta reunited albeit, immobilized by their enemies. We learn more about Ms. Karin's past. She defeats Chao XingZai after she transforms into her superior form. Meanwhile, Ruki halts Mr. Werewolf's attack and tries to defend both Kuroumaru and Touta.
Summary: Ruki, having balls of steel, does not go back and instead, attacked Werewolf-san. His attack was block and he was grabbed by Werewolf-san. Trying to justify their actions, the blind swordsman explained why they are doing what they are doing. The original owners of the land are trying to seize their land back from the illegal tenants. After much explanation, Werewolf-san is getting ready to kill of Ruki when suddenly, Kuroumaru pulled the street sign staked at his torso and jumps to Ruki's rescue. He was never meant to make it but he finds out that Touta has come back from his short slumber.
Touta, with an upgraded hand blocks Mr. Werewolf's attack. The blind swordsman sees that miasma is wrapped around Touta's arm. Both of them exchange punches but only Touta's connected to Mr. Werewolf's gut. Powered by magic, his arm was propelled (like a jet engine) by magic of some sort. He sends Kaito flying away and the chapter ends with Touta still having a coffin seal, posed like someone who can no longer use his arm. Like a boss.
Likes: Touta's new power! The blind swordsman is in awesome of Touta's power and I'm assuming this is tied to Touta's ancestry (the power was probably created way back in Negima.) He even got over the coffin seal which is enough for vampire slaying. I liked the arm too, kinda reminds me of Jugo from Naruto. That arm is just totally badass. I wonder if it'll be like Issei Hyoudo's (from High School DxD) power that can be a full armor.
Ahh... crap.
Dislikes: The page where they show the kids getting cornered. What was that for? I mean, the chapter could've been complete without that. The story was going smoothly and then they show an orphanage kid getting cornered. They aren't even hurt! Someone's probably gonna save them and I'm betting that it's gonna be Karin-san.

Quirks: Why would they kill a kid? Seriously? The blind swordsman was just explaining why they were doing things and peacefully conversing with Ruki. Also, Werewolf-san could've killed Ruki by crushing him but no, he drops him like he's letting him go but then he tries to kill him? What a d-bag.
Predictions: Touta's gonna be more badass except he's gonna be outsmarted because he still lacks combat experience. Ruki might help combine Kuroumaru's torso and lower body so he can heal already. Reinforcements from UQ Holder might appear to help them sweep the hired mercs. There are a lot of things that can happen in the next chapter but I'm gonna bet on Karin's side of the story. She's gonna save those kids and defeat more immortal hunters. This is exciting! Can't wait for the next chapter!

Overall, this is an exciting chapter because we get to see Touta come back to life. He also gets an upgrade from being Negi's descendant. I need to complete the Negima series and I'm just 10+ volumes away from completing the 38 volume title. Good thing they're printing omnibuses, speaking of which, I bought the first 3 omnibuses which is awesome so I'm gonna re-read it and find out what the hell Touta's power is!
