Guest Review: Nagisa-chan on Peach Girl

I forced one of my online friend +Nagisa chan to do this review and she's cool enough to be a special guest here! Please read her review and welcome her wholeheartedly, thanks!

Telling more about Nagisa before we head on over to the review, she's the typical shoujo loving girl. She loves Sailor Moon and this series, Peach Girl. She has a modest sized collection of otaku-related stuff Nagisa hates yaoi intensely but surprisingly, she can stomach every dirty joke I throw at her! She's the girl friend that every otaku needs (do not fall for her, even if you are desperate).

Anyways, enough rambling, here I present you with Nagisa's review of Peach Girl!

Summary: Peach Girl is a shoujo manga written by Miwa Ueda. The story follows the life of Momo Adachi who is constantly stereotyped as being an easy playgirl due to her looks, tan and bleached out hair. To make matters worse, her only friend, Sae, who appears to be totally innocent and the perfect best friend on the outside is in fact a jealous, conniving and deceitful terror who will stop at nothing to steal Momo's boyfriend, ruin her reputation, all her happiness and make her life miserable.

Having read this manga countless times I would definitely recommend it for everyone who loves the Romance/Comedy genre and on the edge of your seat drama and psychological thriller.

Bottomline: To this day, this manga still remains my favorite manga of all time. A definite must read 10/10 masterpiece.

Editor's Note: Peach Girl is the first work of Miwa Ueda that is licensed by Tokyopop. Her second work to debut here in North America is Papillon: Hana to Chou published by Del Rey Manga. I have yet to read Peach Girl and I'm more excited to read this series since Nagisa really puts this series on top and that means it has something special in it that can make a girl recommend it and score it as a masterpiece.

There you have it! Nagisa-chan, thanks for your review of this series! And thank you, my dear loyal readers for taking the time to read Nagisa's review! Tells us what you think of her review on the comments below!
